We were privileged to welcome Mr. Ajay Seth, IAS, Chairman, IRDAI, as Chief Guest for the occasion.
In his address, Mr. Seth urged students to focus their expertise on the “bottom of the pyramid” and highlighted the role actuaries can play in advancing financial inclusion. By addressing the needs of the most vulnerable and working upwards, actuaries can contribute to building a more equitable society.
A fireside chat at the Center for Actuarial and Data Sciences (CADS) brought together Mr. Seth, faculty, students and industry leaders for an engaging interaction on the future of the profession.
