The students and faculty from the Department of Management and Commerce participated in the online International Conference on “Re-Envisioning Agility, Sustainability, and Technological Innovation in Manufacturing and Service Industry (RASTMSI 2024)” organized by Vedatya Institute under the aegis of Journal of Services Research on 8th & 9th February 2024.
The papers presented were:

- “Antecedents, Decisions & Consequences of Sustainable Luxury Consumer Behaviour: A Systematic Literature Review & Future Research Agenda” by Ms. Alekya and Mrs. Akanksha Aggarwal
- “The 5w1h Framework of Consumption of Plant-Based Meat: A Systematic Literature Review” by Mrs. Akanksha Aggarwal and Ms. Aksha Bajpai.
The participation was facilitated by Mrs. Akanksha Aggarwal, Assistant Professor, Department of Management and Commerce.
Over 50 insightful research papers were presented at RASTMSI 2024, sparking vibrant discussions and knowledge exchange. The conference aimed to re-envision the concept of agility to bring deserved excellence in operations which may lead to the emergence of agile firms that can sustain and flourish in the VUCA environment.
