Dr. Akanksha Aggarwal is a distinguished Management professor with a diverse academic foundation in Commerce, Business and Commercial Laws, Marketing, Income Tax, Banking, and Basic Accounting.
She completed her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan, in 2013, after earning her B.Com (Hons.) from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL) in 2011. Dr. Aggarwal has been an active researcher in Consumer Behavior, Marketing, and Sustainable Consumption, with numerous publications in UGC Care and ABDC-listed journals, as well as contributions to book chapters and edited volumes. Her work has earned her multiple Best Paper Awards at international conferences.
In 2024, Dr. Aggarwal completed her Ph.D. at SSSIHL. Her doctoral research, titled “Unveiling Sustainable Consumers in India: A Mixed Methods Approach to Understanding Motivations, Well-Being, and Behaviors,” reflects her commitment to sustainability and consumer studies.
With a strong belief in the Institute’s Values-based Integral Education system, Dr. Aggarwal has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Commerce since 2013.
